My name is Hongyu Wang, now a postdoc at the Department of Computer Science and Engineering, The Chinese University of Hong Kong under the supervision of Prof. Qi Dou. I received my Ph.D. in Computer Science at School of Computer Science, Northwestern Polytechnical University under the supervision of Prof. Yong Xia. I graduated from School of Mathematics and Statistics, Northwestern Polytechnical University with a bachelor’s degree of science.
My research interest includes medical image analysis, machine learning and deep learning for radiological imaging, computational histopathology, single-cell and spatial multi-omics, and surgical data science. I enjoy studying medical and biological problems with efficient-computational methods.
